Creative Digital Marketing Director

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Digital Marketing Director to lead our marketing team and drive innovative digital marketing strategies. As a Creative Digital Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative campaigns that effectively promote our brand, products, and services across various digital channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies:
Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Identify target audiences, determine key messaging, and select appropriate digital channels to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
Lead and manage the marketing team: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the marketing team, including creative designers, content creators, social media managers, and digital marketers.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and excellence.
Oversee content creation and brand messaging: Develop compelling and creative content across various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising. Ensure consistent brand messaging and a cohesive brand identity throughout all marketing materials.
Drive creative campaign development: Conceptualize and execute innovative and impactful marketing campaigns that capture the attention of target audiences. Utilize data-driven insights and market research to inform campaign strategies and optimize performance.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance: Utilize analytics tools and marketing metrics to track campaign performance, measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and generate actionable insights. Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends: Continuously research and evaluate emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Identify opportunities for innovation and implement new strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product management, sales, and other teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product launches, sales objectives, and overall business goals. Foster strong relationships and effective communication across departments.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, mass communication or relevant field.
Proven experience of two years as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong emphasis on advertising branding, ad design, and creation.
Extensive experience and expertise in developing and executing creative digital marketing strategies, with a focus on advertising branding, ad design, and creation.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
Demonstrated experience managing and leading a marketing team, with a specific focus on advertising branding, ad design, and creation.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions, particularly in advertising branding, ad design, and creation.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies to stakeholders
